  5. Avoid Submersion – No swimming, hot tubs, or prolonged soaking until fully healed.

After the one rescheduled booking, a new deposit will be required for any further rescheduling.

Do you offer custom designs?

Every tattoo is custom-designed specifically for you and your vision.

We encourage you to bring ideas, sketches, artwork, and reference photos to help communicate the style, subject, placement, or overall feel you’re looking for.

Please do not bring a photo of another artist’s tattoo and expect an exact copy. Reference photos are used for inspiration and direction only. Your final tattoo will be an original design created specifically for you.

What are your age requirements?

All clients must be 18 years of age or older and must provide a valid government-issued photo ID at their appointment.

No exceptions.

What should I do to prepare for my tattoo?

Please arrive well-rested, hydrated, and having eaten a proper meal before your appointment.

  • Drink plenty of water in the days leading up to your appointment.
  • Eat a good meal beforehand so you’re not getting tattooed on an empty stomach.
  • Wear comfortable clothing that provides easy access to the area being tattooed.
  • Avoid applying lotions, oils, or other products to the area before your appointment.
  • Avoid alcohol before your appointment.
  • Bring water and anything you may need to stay comfortable during your session.

Most importantly, come prepared, comfortable, and ready for your session.

What Should I Wear When Getting a Back Tattoo?

Choose clothing that makes it easy to access your back while keeping you comfortable during your appointment.

  • Women: A zip-up, button-up, backwards, with the opening at the back. This allows easy access to the tattoo area while keeping you as comfortable and covered as possible.
  • Men: A loose, button-up or zip-up shirt is a good option.
  • Avoid tight-fitting clothing that will rub against the tattooed area.
  • Bring a clean, comfortable layer to wear home after your appointment.

Your comfort and privacy are important. Your artist will help you position yourself appropriately and will keep areas that aren't being tattooed covered as much as possible.

Where should I park at your home studio?

To make your visit as easy as possible, please follow these parking guidelines:

  • Please park across the street, where free street parking is available.
  • Do not park on our side of the street, as you may receive a parking ticket.
  • Please do not park in the driveway. The driveway is reserved for residents.

Following these guidelines helps keep the area safe and convenient for everyone.

Can I bring my kids or guests to my tattoo appointment?

To keep the studio comfortable, safe, and focused, please do not bring children to your appointment.

You may bring one guest with you. Additional guests will not be permitted unless discussed and approved ahead of time.

Thank you for understanding and helping us maintain a comfortable environment for everyone.

Does it hurt?  How much?

Tattoo pain varies from person to person and depends on the placement, size, and length of the session.

Most people describe the feeling as a combination of scratching, pressure, or a vibrating sensation. Some areas can be more sensitive than others, but the discomfort is generally manageable.

Your artist will make sure you're as comfortable as possible throughout your appointment, and you can always let us know if you need a break.

Can I use numbing cream for my tattoo?

Yes, numbing cream may be used if you choose, but please let Will know before your appointment if you plan to use it.

We recommend following the product's directions carefully and using only products that are appropriate for use on tattooed skin. Please do not apply an unknown or unapproved product immediately before your appointment.

Numbing products can affect how the skin reacts during the tattoo process and may not work the same for everyone. Will may also need to assess the skin before beginning.

If you have questions about a specific numbing product, please contact us before your appointment.
